Description of the works performed – Končar GIM d.o.o.

At the construction site in question, the company Končar GIM d.o.o. carried out construction works that included the removal of the existing concrete slab and the construction of a new reinforced concrete (RC) slab at three separate locations, with a total area of ​​approximately 200 m².

After the concrete works were completed, an EPOXY floor was installed on the new slabs, ensuring high resistance and durability of the floor surface.

At one of the above locations, it was necessary to rehabilitate a pit measuring approximately 6 m deep and 10 m wide, which was previously filled with stone material and then covered with a reinforced concrete slab.

All work was carried out in accordance with applicable technical regulations and standards, while respecting deadlines and investor requirements.

 

Description of work performed – Končar GIM d.o.o. ROOFS

The company Končar GIM d.o.o. carried out work on five roofs with a total area of ​​approximately 1,000 m².

On two roofs, a new substructure was constructed and a new roof was installed, while on the remaining three roofs, the existing sheet metal roof and gutters were replaced.

The work was carried out at heights of 3 to 10 meters, with all workers wearing safety belts for working at height, in accordance with all applicable occupational safety regulations.

All work was carried out with high quality and professionalism, using appropriate materials and complying with all technical and safety standards, thus ensuring the durability and functionality of the roof structures.

 

  1. MODERN FAMILY HOUSE, KRIŽEVCI (Current)

Family house – complete turnkey construction (400 m²)

The Fresh Factory company carried out the entire construction work of the family house on a turnkey basis, with a total gross area of ​​400 m². The project was implemented entirely according to modern construction standards, with an emphasis on quality of construction, functionality of the space and modern architectural expression.

Technical description

The building is constructed with reinforced concrete slabs on all floors, which ensures high load-bearing capacity and durability of the structure. The load-bearing and partition walls are made of block brick, which achieves optimal thermal and sound insulation.

The final works include installations, facade, carpentry and interior decoration, making the building completely ready for occupancy.

 

  1. BRAĆE RADIĆ PRIMARY SCHOOL, KOPRIVNICA (Current)

Braće Radić Elementary School, Koprivnica

Carpentry and concrete work

The company Fresh Factory d.o.o. participated in the construction of Braće Radić Elementary School in Koprivnica as a contractor for carpentry and concrete work on the load-bearing structure of the building.

Scope of work performed

As part of the contracted work, all carpentry work was performed, which included assembly and disassembly of formwork for reinforced concrete structural elements, using wooden formwork of the “Doka” type and metal formwork of the “Peri” system.

All concreting of the structural elements was also carried out, including:

  • foundations and superstructures,
  • bearing walls and slabs,
  • columns, collars and
  • staircases.

All work was carried out in accordance with the design and technical documentation, applicable norms and quality standards in construction, with special emphasis on formwork precision, dimensional accuracy and quality of concrete surface finishing.

 

  1. HOTEL ‘ARGENTINA’, DUBROVNIK (Completed – Current)

Hotel Argentina, Dubrovnik

Performance of aluminum joinery, stonework and interior painting and decorating works

The company Fresh Factory d.o.o. participated in the reconstruction and decoration of Hotel Argentina in Dubrovnik as a contractor of high-level finishing and facade works.

Scope of work performed

The following works were performed within the project:

  • Installation of aluminum joinery and glass walls – including precise installation of aluminum profiles and insulating glass panels on the facade and interior positions of the building, in accordance with the technical requirements and architectural design.
  • Masonry works – included installation of limestone stone slabs on the walls and floors of all floors of the building. Special attention was paid to accuracy of cutting, edge processing and uniformity of joints, which achieved a high aesthetic standard and durability of the surfaces.
  • Painting works – were performed on the complete building, including interior wall and ceiling surfaces and finishing of metal and wooden elements. High-quality coatings resistant to moisture and UV radiation, adapted to the requirements of the hotel standard, were used.

All works were carried out in accordance with project-technical documentation, valid norms and quality standards for high-category facilities, with strict compliance with the given deadlines and investor requirements.

The company Fresh Factory d.o.o. carried out the complete construction of a restaurant/excursion area in Križevci according to the “turnkey” system, with a total gross area of ​​425.65 m². The project covered all phases of the works – from site preparation to final installations – with the application of high technical standards and quality control in all phases of performance.

Scope of work performed

  • Preparatory and earthworks – included excavation, backfilling, leveling the terrain and preparation of the base for the construction of the foundations.
  • Carpentry and reinforced concrete works – all foundation, wall and slab concrete elements of the structure were performed using wooden and metal formwork and reinforced elements according to the project documentation.
  • Assembly and welding works – included installation of steel profile beams and the construction of the complete steel structure of the building from the foundation to the roof, including joining and welding of steel elements in accordance with the EN ISO 3834 standard and regulations on structural safety.
  • Insulation works – thermal, hydro and steam insulation of structural elements, roofing was performed and floors, with the aim of achieving high energy efficiency of the facility.
  • Installation works – included the installation of complete electrical installations, water and sewage installations, and heating, cooling and ventilation systems.

The project was implemented in accordance with the design and technical documentation, applicable standards and regulations, with strict adherence to deadlines, safety measures and investor requirements. Complete construction on a “turnkey” basis

The company Fresh Factory d.o.o. carried out complete construction of a commercial-residential building in Križevci on a turnkey” basis, with a total gross area of ​​672.32 m². The building was designed and constructed as a modern hostel intended for workers and young people, while the ground floor is intended for office facilities or retail space.

Scope of performed works

  • Preparatory and earthworks – included excavations, filling and leveling of the terrain, as well as preparation of the construction pit and foundation for the foundation of the building.
  • Carpentry, masonry and reinforced concrete works – all elements of the load-bearing structure of the building, including foundations, walls, slabs and mezzanine structures, were executed. Wooden and metal formwork and reinforcement were used according to the project and technical documentation, with strict quality control and dimensional accuracy.
  • Assembly and welding works – included installation of steel profile pipe supports within the structure, as well as performing all necessary welding joints according to applicable standards (EN ISO 3834), with the aim of ensuring the stability and durability of the structure.
  • Insulation works – layers of thermal, hydro and sound insulation were performed on the walls, slabs and roof, thus achieving high energy efficiency and comfort of living.
  • Installation works – included the installation of electrical installations, water and sewage installations, and heating, cooling and ventilation systems.

Installation of Aquapanel facade panels

The company Fresh Factory d.o.o. carried out installation of Aquapanel facade panels on the modern family house in Markuševec, as part of the final construction works on the facade system. The project was implemented in accordance with the manufacturer’s technical specifications and the requirements of modern architecture, which emphasizes clean lines and energy-efficient solutions.

Scope of work performed

  • Preparatory work – included inspection and preparation of the substrate, leveling and installation of the substructure for attaching the Aquapanel system.
  • Installation of Aquapanel facade panels – was carried out in accordance with the instructions of the Knauf Aquapanel system manufacturer, including mechanical attachment of panels to the metal substructure, processing of joints, sealing and reinforcing corner parts.
  • Processing and finishing layers – after the panels were installed, a reinforcing mesh and a layer of facade compound were applied, ensuring the system’s full resistance to moisture, mechanical damage and temperature changes. The finishing layer was executed according to the architectural requirements, with a smooth and modern surface finish.

Technical characteristics

The Aquapanel Exterior system was used due to its outstanding properties – moisture resistance, dimensional stability and durability. It is a lightweight, dry facade system that enables high precision of execution, excellent thermal and acoustic insulation and an aesthetically clean appearance without visible joints.

 

KFK Administration Building, Rugvica

Installation of Rigips gypsum plasterboard panels

The Fresh Factory d.o.o. company carried out installation of Rigips gypsum plasterboard panels on the KFK Administration Building in Rugvica, as part of the interior finishing construction works. The project was implemented with an emphasis on high precision of execution, quality of materials and achieving aesthetically uniform surfaces in the business premises.

Scope of work performed

  • Preparatory work – included delivery and preparation of materials, and installation of metal substructure (CD and UD profiles) as a load-bearing system for plasterboard cladding.
  • Installation of Rigips panels – was performed by installing single-layer and double-layer plasterboard panels on walls and ceilings, in accordance with the project and technical documentation and investor requirements. Special attention was paid to precise connection of the panels, flatness of the surfaces and acoustic and fire protection requirements of the space.
  • Joint treatment and finishing layers – the panel joints were reinforced with special tapes and filled with multi-layered putty, thus achieving a smooth and homogeneous surface ready for final painting.

Technical characteristics

High-quality Rigips gypsum-cardboard systems were installed, which meet all the requirements of modern construction in terms of acoustics, fire resistance and thermal insulation. The work was carried out according to conservation guidelines, with an emphasis on statics, preservation of original material and precise application of modern technologies for the rehabilitation of historic wall structures.

Construction of two family houses

The company Fresh Factory d.o.o. carried out complete construction of two residential buildings on a “turnkey” basis.

Installation of glass facade walls

The company Fresh Factory d.o.o. carried out installation of glass walls on the business and retail building Tower Center Rijeka, as part of the reconstruction and modernization of the interior and exterior business spaces. Scope of work performed

Ventilated facade construction

The company Fresh Factory d.o.o. carried out ventilated facade construction works on the Clinical Hospital Center Rijeka building, as part of the reconstruction and modernization of the building’s outer envelope. The project was implemented with the aim of improving energy efficiency, structural durability and aesthetic appearance of the building, while respecting all technical and safety requirements of the hospital system.

Scope of work performed

    • Preparatory work – included inspection and preparation of the supporting surface, installation of anchor brackets and substructure for the support of the ventilated facade system, and leveling and fastening of aluminum profiles according to technical drawings.
    • Installation of the thermal insulation layer – performed by installing high-density mineral rock wool with a vapor-permeable and non-combustible structure, fixed with mechanical dowels and anchors in accordance with fire protection regulations (Euroclass A1).
    • Installation of facade cladding – the facade is clad with composite and ceramic ventilated panels, placed on an aluminum substructure with a gap for the ventilation layer.

The system allows free air circulation between the insulation and the cladding, ensuring reduction of thermal bridges, protection from moisture and long-term stability of the system.
